John Webber

Management & Governance

John Webber is a qualified barrister and chartered accountant. From 1972 to 2007 he was a leading global figure in the sports entertainment industry and, in parallel, spearheaded the creation of the Jubilee Property business in what was originally a diverse association of property investments. Since 1987 he has been actively involved in and overseeing the investment and development activities of the Webber family holding company’s real estate, including in what is now Jubilee Property Group.

Daniel Webber

Management & Governance

Daniel Webber is involved in the oversight and management of Jubilee Property Group both in the UK and US. Mr Webber is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of FXC Intelligence, a financial data company firm specialising in the cross-border payments sector. Previously, Mr Webber worked for the specialist M&A strategy consulting arm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in both London and New York where he specialised in the media sector.

Daniel graduated with a first class honours degree in Economics from Cambridge University and graduated top of his MBA class at Columbia Business School winning the Beta Gamma Sigma New York Alumni Award.

Jonathan Hyman

Investment Manager

Jonathan is responsible for analysing the group’s real estate investments in the United States.

Mr Hyman has more than 15 years in industry. Prior to joining the group, Mr Hyman worked in business development for a Washington DC-focused solar investment fund and worked on the market entry for solar cold-chain developer, Aldelano. Mr. Hyman has deep experience anaylsing emerging markets, especially in Africa working for various funds and for the Economist Intelligence Unit.

Mr Hyman received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Modern History from the University of Manchester, a Masters in War Studies from Kings College London and an MBA from Georgetown McDonough School of Business.

Allan Cooper

Senior Advisor

Allan Cooper has been involved in property investment for more than four decades. He began his career at Barrington Laurance, one of the UK’s first “boutique” investment consultancies, in 1965. He was one of the senior partners when it was sold in 1987 to quoted Australian company Sallmans, subsequently becoming Managing Director of Sallmans UK. He set up Cooper Martin in 1991, a general practice commercial property agency, but then in 2006, decided he wished to concentrate on property investment and asset management and so co-founded Cooper Chen, a specialist consultancy advising property companies and wealthy private clients on real estate investment and operating property portfolios on their behalf.

Jake Lew

Finance & Reporting

Jake Lew oversees the Group’s finance and reporting functions. Mr Lew previously worked as an investment advisor and Finance Director in the retail, real estate and sports industries. Mr Lew is a qualified chartered accountant having trained in the property division at BDO Stoy Hayward. He received a First Class Honours degree from Manchester University in accounting and finance.
