Our History

From its early years, the group has focused on building a portfolio of stable industrial and commercial investment properties geographically diversified across the UK and wholly owned by the Webber family or in partnership with affiliated investors.

Over the last four decades, the Webber family has accumulated a substantial property portfolio across the United Kingdom and in more recent years the Group has expanded its focus to include more opportunistic acquisitions with investments in office and residential refurbishment, conversion and development projects.
